Kennel Link is an easy to use yet powerful tool for your boarding facility. It will help simplify and expedite the activities you and your employees do on a daily basis.

Customer Records
Maintain detailed records of your customers including address, phone number, emergency contact information and any other important information that you want to keep on file. You will be able to serve existing customers more quickly and efficiently because their information is already on file and available at the click of a mouse. View sample Customer Record

Pet Records
Maintain detailed records of your customer's pets including name, pet type, breed, gender, weight, birthdate, vaccination expiration dates and more. View sample Pet Record

Boarding Reservations
The reservations portion of the management system will be tailored specifically to your boarding facility. Each dog run and cat condo at your facility will be entered into the management database so that making reservations is simple. Checking for availability is a very easy task and takes only seconds. All boarding rates (a different rate for each dog run and cat condo, if desired) are also entered into the database. This allows all price calculations to be performed by the computer. Grooming Reservations
Reserve time slots for grooming services. Records will be maintained so that when a customer returns, you will know what kind of groom was given to the pet on previous visits and how much the customer was charged. Notes may also be kept regarding the pet's temperament and whether they have bitten in the past. View sample Grooming Reservation

Daycare Reservations
Morning, afternoon and all-day reservations can be made for your daycare business with arrival time scheduled and shown on the Daycare Report. Make single appointments or recurring appointments simply and easily. Frequent-use "cards" can be preprogrammed and banked for a customer. Deduct credits from a customer's account as they use your daycare.

Checking In
During the check-in procedure, Kennel Link prompts the user to complete several processes.

A Boarding Contract is displayed for printing for customer signature. If the customer has a signed boarding contract on file, this step is skipped.
Vaccination expiration dates are verified for each pet. If any vaccinations have expired or will expire during their stay, an updated record is required.
All services to be performed during each pet's stay are scheduled. Services can be scheduled to occur once a day, once every other day, once a visit, etc. and can include anything from walks to medications to grooming.
Any items that were brought from home for the pets to enjoy during their visit are logged in.
A run card is displayed for printing. Run cards list information about walks, playtime, meals and medication. Cards are tailored to your specifications and include only the information you want. View sample Run Card

Daily Schedule
Print out a schedule of special things that need to be completed today. Sure, the animals need to be fed and watered daily but did you remember to give Lucky his pills at 9:00am? The schedule lists walks, playtime, medications and other special information that was scheduled during the check-in procedure. Tasks can be listed at a specific time or under a more general "Need to complete today" heading. A daily schedule can also be created for the groomer. View sample Daily Schedule

Checking Out
With Kennel Link, the check-out procedure is a breeze. The pets that are leaving are selected. Any items they brought from home are listed. This allows you to verify that these personal items go home with their rightful owner. Next, an Invoice is displayed and all costs associated with boarding are displayed on your computer for printing. All costs are per your specifications and are adjustable for each service and customer. Coupons for your facility can also be added here.

Reports can be tailored to your precise requirements. Do you need to know who is checking out today? Or maybe you'd like to know how much money was made this month?
